Returns and Refund Policies 

We have a 30-day return window, which means eligible items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. You must notify us of your return request within 7 days of delivery in order to be eligible.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery via email or through our returns portal

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Items must have original tags attached

  • Items must be in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please submit a request through our returns portal or contact us at support@tbihbody.com within 7 days of delivery.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us. 

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to submit a return request (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds / Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of its approval status.
Approved returns are issued as store credit only.

Store credit will be processed within 10 business days after your return is approved and can be used toward future purchases.
